We love our new pool. It's exactly what we pictured when we envisioned this addition to our home. Now we can enjoy the outdoors in the summer. It was done right on schedule although there was some miscommunications on maintenance. I recommend getting a pool service if you don't know much about pools. Nordicpol helped me out even after the finish to make sure it was perfect. 

Przemysław and his team replaced two lintels in garage. He was very good to deal with, explained everything and replied to my queries by return. He arrived on time to do the job and started work immediately. They both worked solidly until work was completed and they cleaned up before leaving. I was really pleased with the work and I would have no hesitation in calling on him again should I need a builder.

Having found a Villa which needed considerable upgrading and refurbishment, we knew we needed some help.  After receiving a recommendation, we retained the services of Przemek and his team to design us something which was modern and fresh but retained many of the characteristics of the original villa. The work involved an extensive restructure and redesign of all the rooms in the property, as well changing the layout of the pool and garden. We were delighted with the results.

With no experience of Mellorca planning regulations or construction, we relied totally on the Nordicpol team to guide us through the whole process. Their management of this was excellent as they made a complicated process simple and easy.
